Your home represents a major investment. Booking a pre-sale inspection gives you more control over the selling process. Problems discovered by a prospective buyer’s inspector can lead to delays, added expenses or even derail a deal. Having an inspection done prior to putting your house on the market allows you to resolve issues or adjust the price of your home accordingly before they become a problem in negotiating a deal. We'll walk you through the detail of your report so you can make necessary changes or repairs before listing your home

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that on rare occasions there may be special unavoidable circumstances that may prevent you from being able to commit to your scheduled inspection. Therefore, we would like to be as flexible as possible with every customer while allowing other potential customers the opportunity to schedule. • Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours of the scheduled inspection will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. • Cancellation fee may be applied towards rescheduling or a new inspection within 30 days.
