Owner & Certified Home Inspector
Brock is a Certified Professional Home Inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), a member of CanNACHI, and an affiliate member of the Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors.
In addition, Brock brings with him over 20 years of experience in the construction and home building industry, a keen attention to detail, and a strong work ethic that guide Brock in providing a exceptional quality home inspection that our clients can trust.
Brandy Emmerich
Owner & Office Manager
Brandy has her Executive Administrative Assistant diploma from Saskatoon Business College, she is a QuickBooks Certified Professional, and is a Notary Public with the Government of Saskatchewan.
She also works with several non-profits in Saskatoon.
Brandy has years of experience as an Office Administrator/Manager, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that each client is happy & satisfied with their experience.
